Hello, In the AdWords API, an offline conversion could be used to for the MCC conversion tracking( cross-account conversion tracking). You need wait 6 hours after creating the UploadConversion before uploading and it takes up to 3 hours for imported conversions statistics to show up in your AdWords account.
