Hello, The AdWords API has the operational limit based on the access level <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/guides/rate-limits#operational_limit_based_on_access_level>, the account with *basic access* has *10,000 operations/day limit* and account with *standard access* has *unlimited operations/day.* The client can apply for Standard access level by completing the AdWords API Standard Access Application Form <https://services.google.com/fb/forms/standardaccess/>. The Developer token <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/guides/rate-limits#developer_token_rate_scope> is associated with the MCC account and you could manage multiple Adwords accounts.
