Hello, We ask the user to provide SOAP request and response by *Reply privately to author* in the forum when responding because sometimes the user forgets to remove their developer token from the SOAP request logs while posting. As per the AdWords API forum rules <https://groups.google.com/forum/#!msg/adwords-api/bBdNvBqDx1I/YA6Sz4pZXkEJ>, avoid posting confidential information mainly developer token. Once we have the SOAP request and response logs which help us investigate the issue, we will post the response on the forum.
