Hello, Did you create customer account in Test MCC or MCC (step-7)? If you created customer account in Test MCC then please provide the SOAP request and response logs. Just click *Reply privately to author* in the forum when responding. Don't forget to remove the developer token in the output. If not(until developer token is pending approval, you could make the API call using Test MCC account), then create customer account in Test MCC and call the AdWords API.
