Hello, Unfortunately, it is not possible to extract the "Remaining account budget" through AdWords API. However, as a workaround, you can run an Account Performance Report <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/appendix/reports/account-performance-report> to grab the cost. If you know the starting budget, you can subtract the cost from it to get the remaining budget.
