Hi, Could you check the account settings via *CustomerService* as mentioned in my previous post? Does it return EUR or GBP <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/appendix/currencycodes>?
To answer your second question: the currency setting for an account cannot be changed <https://support.google.com/adwords/answer/1704358>.
