Hi,
I was able to retrieve the CSV data format for my reporting data before 20
Aug, I have specified the CSV data format
"<downloadFormat>CSV</downloadFormat>" in the "reportDefinition", it was
working fine until 20 Aug, all the sudden, the reporting data I received
looks like this:

Why doesn't it return CSV file format as before?
