Hi Chan, You could get the QualityScore <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/appendix/reports/all-reports#qualityscore> information using the CRITERIA_PERFORMANCE_REPORT <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/appendix/reports/criteria-performance-report> and KEYWORDS_PERFORMANCE_REPORT <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/appendix/reports/keywords-performance-report> in the AdWords API. If you are using the client libraries, it automatically refreshes an expired access token. Please read our token and refresh token guide <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/guides/authentication#access_and_refresh_token> for details.
