Hi Boris, Most RateExceededErrors are easily resolved after retrying your request based on retryAfterSeconds <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/guides/rate-limits#decomposing_rateexceedederror>. If you feel that you are consistently getting these errors, I recommend upgrading your access level to Standard. With Standard Access, you have an unlimited amount of operations. Here is a link to apply for Standard Access <https://services.google.com/fb/forms/standardaccess/>.
