Hello Walter, When you are adding a ConversionTracker, please make sure you meet the following conditions <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/reference/v201506/ConversionTrackerService#mutate>. I noticed that the clientCustomerId in your header belongs to an MCC account. Try to change it to the client account which the ConversionTracker belongs to.
