Hi, AdWords reports don't include the transaction ID, but one approach you might consider is to use ValueTrack parameters <https://support.google.com/adwords/answer/2375447?hl=en#params> (particularly the ones available for shopping campaigns) in your URLs. If your ads direct to a tracker, then it can capture and record those parameters for further analysis.
Regarding Google Analytics and shopping campaigns, you may want to post on the Content API for Shopping forum <https://groups.google.com/forum/#!forum/google-content-api-for-shopping> to see if anyone has recommendations/ideas for your particular use case.
