Hello, The AdWords API reports does not support the subtotal row based on network type (i.e. Search, Display). The workaround to get the subtotal for the Search and Display network is, run the report adding predicate AdNetworkType1 <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/appendix/reports/campaign-performance-report#adnetworktype1> (SEARCH and CONTENT separately). This will give you total for each network type.
