Hello, You could use new BatchJobService <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/reference/v201509/BatchJobService> which support the temporary ids <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/guides/batch-jobs#using_temporary_ids>. The BatchJobService is available in v201509 and the client library v201509 will be available in next few days. Please check out our BatchProcessing <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/guides/batch-jobs> document for more details.
