Hi Murali, You could use the ManagedCustomerService to link your AdWords account under the above mentioned two MCC account. Check out Extending invitations <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/guides/managing-accounts#extending_invitations> and Get pending invitations <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/guides/managing-accounts#get_pending_invitations> section of the Managing Customer Accounts <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/guides/managing-accounts> guide.
