This<https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/reference/v201509/AdGroupExtensionSettingService> documentation has a link to AdGroupExtensionSettingService WSDL. You could open the WSDL in a browser then search for AppFeedItem element and you will find the appFinalUrls, appFinalMobileUrls, appTrackingUrlTemplate, appUrlCustomParameters elements.
