Hi Bernardo,

Video campaigns are *only* available in reports. You will not get any 
information for video campaigns from the SOAP services (CampaignService, 
AdGroupService, etc.).

You can include or exclude video campaigns by filtering on 
AdvertisingChannelType 
<https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/appendix/reports/campaign-performance-report#advertisingchanneltype>
 VIDEO in your requests.
