You could use the AD_PERFORMANCE_REPORT to get above fields and statistics

and CreativeFinalUrls
<https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/appendix/reports/ad-performance-report#creativefinalurls>

The EffectiveFinalUrl field
<https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/appendix/reports/final-url-report#effectivefinalurl>
on the new FINAL_URL_REPORT

have ValueTrack and custom parameters shown in brackets (e.g.
