Hi Umut, Please follow these steps to create the test manager account and test AdWords account.
1)Test Manager account <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/test-accounts#getting_started> needs the Google account which is not linked to any AdWords accounts. You could create a new Google account at accounts.google.com and use this link <https://adwords.google.com/um/Welcome/Home?sf=mt#ta> to create test manager account. 2)You need to provide the information asked to create test manager account and click the *create test account *button. Test manager account will get created and on the top right corner of the page you will see the red rectangle This is test account! 3)To create the test AdWords account, please click on *+Account* drop down and select the *New AdWords account, *Please provide the information needed and it will create the test AdWords account.
