Hi, I want to add new keywords to an AdGroup without overriding existing ones. According to this <https://groups.google.com/d/msg/adwords-api/cpIRW2YLnGg/755aTNj1GGEJ> I won't destroy the keywords history if I ADD a keyword with the same *text* and *match type*. But it seems that the keyword status is always set to *ENABLED* even if it was *PAUSED* and the keyword bid is set to default.
