Hi James, Have you followed the OAuth guide for web application with a web flow <https://developers.google.com/identity/protocols/OAuth2WebServer>? If you need offline access <https://developers.google.com/identity/protocols/OAuth2WebServer#offline>, you need to set your access type to "offline". You can also try the OAuth Playground <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/guides/oauth_playground> to generate refresh token.
