Hi, Unfortunately, there is no way to increase the number of accounts for test accounts. Also, the ManagedCustomerService only supports the ADD operation <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/reference/v201509/ManagedCustomerService#mutate>, so you will not be able to remove accounts using it.
