YOUTUBE_URL_UNSUPPORTED <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/reference/v201509/SharedCriterionService#CriterionError> describes that YouTube urls are not supported in Placement criterion. You could use YouTubeChannel <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/reference/v201509/AdGroupCriterionService.YouTubeChannel> and YouTubeVideo <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/reference/v201509/AdGroupCriterionService.YouTubeVideo> criterion instead. If you want to know what changes have happened because of the AdWords API, you can use the CustomerSyncService <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/reference/v201502/CustomerSyncService>. This service retrieves the changed entities for a customer account or campaign based on the given date range. To see the changes in the AdWords product side (UI), you could go to Tools-->Change History.
