I'm trying to utilize the API to set the custom parameter field on specific keywords. It looks like it is easy to set this field at a campaign and adgroup level but I do not see a way to set it for a specific keyword. I know it is possible to do through the AdWords UI. I am attempting to do this in C# using the 201509 API version. Any assistance with this question would be greatly appreciated.
