Hi, Can you verify that the two MCC accounts are under the same MCC account <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/reference/v201601/ManagedCustomerService#mutatemanager> that you are using to make the request? I was able to run this example successfully. If you are still having errors, please send us the SOAP logs.
