We are implementing support for tracking "Purchase on Google" (POG) clicks
and are using the {pla_with_POG}
<https://support.google.com/adwords/answer/6305348?hl=en> value track.
However, the missing piece is how POG activity will show up in
the AD_PERFORMANCE_REPORT. I would expect to find it here
<https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/appendix/reports/ad-performance-report#clicktype>,
but that list very sparse (it also doesn't include any of the local
variations such as "Product Listing Ad - Local"). Some additional click
types are documented here
<https://support.google.com/adwords/answer/6275309?hl=en>, but not for POG.
Does anyone know what the display value for POG is in this report?
