I'm using a test account created as described here

And I'm doing TDD, with a lot of my tests creating new child accounts under
my main test MCC.
I've run into this error:
[ManagedCustomerServiceError.TEST_ACCOUNT_LINK_ERROR @
operations[0]; trigger:'TEST_ACCOUNT_LINK_ERROR']
And in Adwords I see I've reached 100 child accounts. Is that the max
number of accounts under a test MCC? Is there a way to delete those
accounts?
