Hello, If you remove the adGroup from the campaign then the CustomerSyncService will provide the Ad group with ID 1234567890 was changed: Ad group changed status: FIELDS_CHANGED. Similar information will be provided for the Criterion. This is not a bug and CustomerSyncService will provide information up to that detailed level only. Please check CampaignChangeData <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/reference/v201601/CustomerSyncService.CampaignChangeData> document for more details.
