Hi Vladan, Currently, AdWords API only supports reporting for video campaigns. You will not be able to get or mutate any video campaigns via CampaignService. You can use the Video Performance Report <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/appendix/reports/video-performance-report> (and other reports) to get back stats on your video campaigns.
