Hello, Negative AdGroupCriterion can't be updated. Please see AdGroupCriterionError.CANT_ <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/reference/v201601/AdGroupCriterionService.AdGroupCriterionError#apierrortype> UPDATE_NEGATIVE <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/reference/v201601/AdGroupCriterionService.AdGroupCriterionError#apierrortype> error for details. You need to delete the negative criteria and add new negative criteria with updated information.
