Hey, Unfortunately, there is no report that has the campaign, geo location and label all in one. You will need to run both the Campaign Performance Report <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/appendix/reports/campaign-performance-report> and Geo Performance Report <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/appendix/reports/geo-performance-report> in order to get the data you want.
