Hi Dolganov, The error <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/common-errors#AdGroupServiceError> you are getting suggests that one of the ad groups you are creating has the same name as an ad group you already have.
The issue <https://github.com/googleads/googleads-php-lib/issues/116> Peter mentioned was fixed by our team a month ago. If you are still receiving errors after you change the ad group name, please *Reply privately to author *your SOAP request and response.
