I recently applied for the basic access to the API for MCC account 717-838-3067. And I've got an e-mail with a link to the form (https://services.google.com/fb/forms/newtokenlow/) to complete the application process. But when I go to this link, I get the error "430 Forbidden". How I can decide this problem?
