Hi Tyler, You can either add dummy data directly through the AdWords portal page like you would with your Production Account. But personally, I would use our API to do this on the go. For example: In Java, you can use our AdWords API sample app <https://github.com/googleads/googleads-java-lib/releases> to push dummy data to your Test Account.
