Hello everyone,

I can confirm that the fix has been pushed. Here's what it will look like:

   - All values will be in percentages in order to match with all the other
   bid modifiers in the reports.
   - If a value is not set in the service, then the value returned will be
'--'. We've been working on getting the '--' consistent across all the
reports when a value on the back-end is considered null rather than just
   leaving an empty string.

Nice job on catching that as soon as it was available! I had just finished
testing it out to make sure that everything looked good.

Cheers,
Nadine, AdWords API Team
