I am working on Geo Performance Report, to get the 5 Most Specific Location at campaign level, with the higher number of clicks. I compare the result from the API, with the result shown in the MCC for the Most Specific Location. MCC shows different location from API. Are all the location shown in MCC, available in API? This link https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/appendix/geotargeting#columns shows all the available location in API. And as I verified not all the location displayed in Most Specific Location in MCC are available. Then my question is how does the API group the clicks based on Most Specific Location, when not all the location are available?
