Hello, The approval status <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/reference/v201603/AdGroupAdService.AdGroupAd#approvalstatus> UNCHECKED for an ad in the API means the ad is currently under review. You will see the approval status <https://support.google.com/adwords/answer/6327680> appear a bit differently in the UI. For example, the approval status *UNCHECKED* in the API may appear as *Under review* in the UI.
