Hi Kimsrung,

It looks like you are using Proximity Criterion 
<https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/reference/v201603/CampaignCriterionService.Proximity>.
 
Since these are custom locations, you'll not be able to find them in the 
Geographical 
targeting table 
<https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/appendix/geotargeting>. If 
you want to find out the country and/or city of the location, I would 
suggest that you use Google Maps Geocoding API 
<https://developers.google.com/maps/documentation/geocoding/intro> and do a 
reverse geocoding.
