hmm, I have searched this issue from Google Mobile Ads SDK forum (https://groups.google.com/forum/#!searchin/google-admob-ads-sdk/conversion$20tracking/google-admob-ads-sdk/6cVAWQYuyZ4/pCAnXUnh3kEJ)
and they have passed this issue to Adwords API forum. I am kind of lost here. Hope that you would check once again and guide to towards right direction.
