Hi Jesse, Have you correctly imported the 'ReportUtils' class into your program?
Please have a look at the DownloadCriteriaReport <https://github.com/googleads/googleads-php-lib/blob/master/examples/AdWords/v201603/Reporting/DownloadCriteriaReport.php> PHP example which demonstrates how to use the ReportDefinitionService <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/reference/v201603/ReportDefinitionService> to download the Criteria Performance Report <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/appendix/reports/criteria-performance-report> to a file. Another possible error I noticed is that you have not provided the report name in the query which could throw an error later when you have fixed the import issue.
