Hi Charlie, Custom parameters are available in the Ad Performance Report <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/appendix/reports/ad-performance-report#creativeurlcustomparameters>, while criteria parameters can be found in the Final URL Report <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/appendix/reports/final-url-report#criteriaparameters> .
If you are having trouble getting these values, *reply privately to author *the report queries you used and your client customer Id.
