Hello, The INVALID_TOKEN_HEADER error is due to these reasons <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/common-errors#QuotaCheckError.INVALID_TOKEN_HEADER> 1)developer token is not set on the request or it contains a typo. 2)The namespace of the headers in the request is not correct. Please verify your request.
