Hi Austin, The "DEVELOPER_TOKEN_NOT_APPROVED <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/common-errors#QuotaCheckError.ACCOUNT_DELINQUENT>" error occurs when you are using an unapproved token to make calls against a production account. Are you sure you are using test account credentials when you are making the request?
Test accounts are designated with a red label. If you do not see the red "This is a test account!" label on your AdWords account page, then the account is a production account.
