Hi Jeremie, You can use the AdwordsUserListService <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/reference/v201603/AdwordsUserListService> to add a CrmBasedUserList <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/reference/v201603/AdwordsUserListService.CrmBasedUserList> for remarketing to audiences. The AddCrmBasedUserList <https://github.com/googleads/googleads-java-lib/blob/master/examples/adwords_axis/src/main/java/adwords/axis/v201603/remarketing/AddCrmBasedUserList.java> Java example demonstrates how to add a Remarketing list and upload email addresses to populate the list. You can use this as a reference and upload the email addresses from your spreadsheet and have a script perform this function periodically.
