Hello, The developer token, client identifier, client secret and refresh token are required to make AdWords API call. The developer token <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/guides/start#developer_token> could be applied using the manager account <https://support.google.com/adwords/answer/6139186#create> (MCC). You have client identifier, client secret. You could generate the refresh token <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/guides/authentication#configure_and_use_a_client_library> by following the steps given in the OAuth2.0 guide.
