Hi, This error occurs when the report is generating a huge amount of data. Apart from setting the includeZeroImpressions to false, you might also add a predicate such as only ENABLED campaigns to trim the results further.
If you still encounter this error, could you provide which specific campaign ids this occurs and also your customer id and the report definition (report query)?
