Hello, You could create the ResponsiveDisplayAd <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/reference/v201605/AdGroupAdService.ResponsiveDisplayAd> using AdWords API v201605 in test account <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/guides/accounts-overview#test_accounts> only. Please check out Responsive Ads for Display guide <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/guides/responsive-ads#example> and AddResponsiveDisplayAd <https://github.com/googleads/googleads-php-lib/blob/master/examples/AdWords/v201605/AdvancedOperations/AddResponsiveDisplayAd.php> PHP example code from the PHP client library. If the issue is not resolved then provide me *privately* the SOAP XML request and response logs. Just click Reply privately to author in the forum when responding.
