However, you may check if Ad Customizer <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/guides/ad-customizers> can be a help for you if you need to update some information of the ads in real-time, but it generally undergoes under specific approval process as well. Also, we cannot guarantee on how fast the approval speed will be.
