Starting at about 3:30 PM EST we began seeing interactions with the AdWords API fail with the following exception:
HTTPI::SSLError: SSL_connect returned=1 errno=0 state=SSLv3 read server hello A: tlsv1 alert protocol version Is anyone else experiencing this issue?
