Hi, You could run an ad performance report <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/appendix/reports/ad-performance-report> and filter by AdNetworkType=SEARCH to find out whether your ad is serving on Google Search. The ability to see an ad preview is a UI feature; if you want that in your application then you should build that functionality in your UI.
