Hi Mark, I checked in the AdWords UI for the URL performance of the given campaign. There is no data for this campaign in this report. Could you please check that the campaign you are referring to has data in the URL Performance Report downloaded from the AdWords API? Could you provide the reports you downloaded so I can verify this? Please use *Reply privately to author* when responding.
